Couple Portraits - an illustration of a couple (all gender combinations welcome!) to remember a special moment between the two.

Generational Wedding Portraits - A timeless illustration bringing together the women of your family, you, your mother and your grandmothers or sisters, all in your respective wedding gowns, united in one beautiful moment.

Wedding Wardrobes - my own original concept art, with all of your wedding details! A tribute to your gown, veil, shoes, bouquet and ring.

The Process

  1. Purchase: Place an order from one of the options below.
  2. Photos: Your purchase will include a digital download with instructions on how to send your photos to me.
  3. The Magic: Once I receive your photos, I’ll get to work on your one-of-a-kind illustration! You will get an email with the sketch before I start the coloring process.
  4. The Delivery: Once your custom illustration is finalized and prepped, it will be ready for download to print in the size of your preference. The delivery time will depend on the type of illustration you commission.
  5. Optional Upgrades - if you love your illustration and would like to order additional products, we can add on at this time! I personally love the option of an art print with hand painted glitter on the beautiful details, or you can choose additional products like mugs, magnets, etc.!

A Guide for Your Reference Photos

To capture the delicate details and the true essence of your loved ones, the photos you share are incredibly important. Here are a few tips to help us get the best start:

  • Clear & Natural Light: Good lighting in a photo helps me see eye color, hair texture, and those tiny details that make a person unique.
  • Details: Feel free to send close up shots of faces, hair, fabric, jewelry, or bouquets. I can piece together details from separate photos into one illustration. These small touches add so much to the final illustration.
  • Don't Worry About the Background: I only need to see the people. Don't worry if the background is messy or if the people are in different photos, I will bring them all together into one beautiful, cohesive scene. Pictures from wedding fittings, hair/makeup trials are also welcome!
  • More is Merrier: If you aren't sure which photo is best, feel free to send a few! Seeing different angles helps me get a better "feel" for the subject.
  • Special Note for Generational Portraits: I know that for generational pieces, we are often working with older, cherished photographs. If your grandmother's wedding photo is a bit blurry or in black and white, that is perfectly okay. Part of my process is carefully "restoring" those memories through the drawing, but any additional photos with clearer images of faces and details are helpful, and they do not need to be from the wedding day!
